We’ve been very busy getting the final marketing information together for MediaCore and decided that it would be a great idea to share a few things with the community that they could include in blog posts and twitterings.
The first item is a {heart} MediaCore image. Feel free to download it and use it to your heart’s content.
The second item is just a quick snippet of code that includes our marketing spiel that can be added on any site.
Simple Station is proud to announce that MediaCore v0.7, the first public release, is now available. MediaCore is built upon Python 2.5, MySQL 5, and TurboGears. For the past 6 months, we have implemented MediaCore in a production environment with 1100+ videos, 3000+ comments, and ~70,000 page views a month.
UPDATE: v0.7.2 has been released to fix several bugs and ease the install process.

The best way to give us design feedback is to post a reply on our concept feedback page. We will review all comments, and either store them for a future release, or correct them immediately if they are smaller issues.
